Over time, BeFa’s flagship product MM2100 Industrial Town located in Greater Jakarta, established reputation as a hub of cutting edge research, innovation and manufacturing for leading domestic and international companies.
On 10 April 2012, building on its excellent track record for quality and innovation, BeFa went public. It is currently traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX: BEST).

PT Daiwa Manunggal Logistik Properti (DMLP) was established as a joint venture between the Company and Daiwa House Industry Co. Ltd.

Start Expansion by PT Bekasi Matra Industrial Estate with an area of 300 ha.
2011
Start Expansion by PT Bekasi Surya Pratama with an area of 150 ha.
2012
PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk became public listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange.
2014
PT Daiwa Manunggal Logistik Properti (DMLP) was established as a joint venture between the Company and Daiwa House Industry Co. Ltd.
2015
The establishment of PT Best Sinar Nusantara (BSN). BSN will focus on hotel development in the Company’s Industrial Town area.
2016
The operation of an international standard warehousing and logistics facility (Modern Logistic Center) in the MM2100 Industrial Town.
2017
In November 2017, the Company rebranded and changed its logo. The Company’s new name, “BeFa”, is a abbreviation of “Bekasi Fajar”.
2018
In April 2018, the operation of a Befa Square Office in the MM2100 Industrial Town.
