The Company has instituted an external audit function in accordance with Regulation No VIII.A.2., Attachment Bapepam-LK Decision no: No: Kep-86/BL/2011 dated 28 February 2011 related to the Independence of Accountants who Provide Services to the Capital Market, covering:

1. The provision of general audit services for client financial services may only be provided by the Public Accountant Firms (PAF) for a maximum of 6 (six) book years consecutively and by an individual Accountant at the most for 3 (three) book years consecutively.
2. PAF and Accountants may be once again appointed to audit the client after not auditing the client for a period of one book year.

Since the Initial Public Offering of the Company in 2012, the Audit Company’s financial statements for the 2012, 2013 and 2014 fiscal years were carried out by the firm Paul Hadiwinata, Hidajat, Arsono, Ade Fatma & Partners (PKF), while the audit of the financial statements of the Company during the 2015, 2016 and 2017 fiscal years was carried out by Paul Hadiwinata, Hidajat, Arsono, Achmad, Suharli & Partners (PKF).
